He thought a little thing like winning would stop her?

Oh, Bambi. Whoever said that after denial comes acceptance hadn’t met the Clintons.

expand/collapse An Historic Night For Barack Obama and For America
by Craig Yates
While watching last night as Barack Obama secured the nomination of the Democratic Party for President of the United States, and as I considered his age, 46, I could not help but be struck by what an historic night it was, not only for Obama but for America as a whole.

In those 46 years we have gone from a time when a black man was considered less than a citizen in his own country to a time when a black man is the nominee of a major political party for the office of President. From a time when there were separate drinking fountains and restroom facilities for blacks and whites to a time when a black man has an opportunity to assume the most powerful office, not only in the country, but in the world. From a time when a black man couldn’t sit in the same section as whites on a bus to a time when a black man has a chance to sit behind the desk in the Oval Office.

expand/collapse Count Aipacula and the Axis of Weasels
by Liberal White Boy
Several months ago David Horowitz somewhat unsuccessfully promoted Islamofascist awareness week. I think in the future we should designate the week AIPAC picks for it's annual treason fest as Zionist treason awareness week. In that spirit meet Count Aipacula.

expand/collapse Satire Video: Waiting For Hillary To Concede

Today's Quote:

"In history, the moments during which reason and reconciliation prevail are short and fleeting."
- Stefan Zweig
Editor's Notes & Rants:

George W. McCain feeds his fascist base red meat with gay-bashing comments.

What this country needs is a government of grown ups, who actually know how to talk to people, not just sit in a corner and pout.

It's time for Hillary's psychotic supporters to STFU. I'm so sick of hearing them bitch and whine about "not getting any respect." They've shown nobody else any respect throughout this entire campaign, they sure as Hell don't deserve any themselves now.
